What exactly does the consultation cover?

Our consultation covers everything from route planning and site recommendations to booking tips and local dining suggestions, all tailored to your preferences.

After the call, we’ll recommend the best next steps for your trip. If you’d like Immersive Italy to help plan and coordinate your vacation, we’ll explain the appropriate planning option and what’s included. There’s no obligation to move forward.

We understand plans change. You can reschedule your free consultation using the link in your confirmation email. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can make the time available to another traveler.

Yes. Your first 30-minute planning consultation is complimentary. If you need more in-depth planning help afterward, you can book an additional 60-minute consultation for $99. If you later book a full Immersive Italy trip with us, we can apply that $99 toward your planning package.

Have a list of your interests, any must-visit sites, preferred travel dates, and questions ready to maximize the value of our session.

We recommend booking at least 6-9 months in advance to allow enough  time for detailed planning and bookings. Italy is becoming a very popular travel destination and in some cases there are extremely limited hotels in major cities.  

No. Your first 30-minute consultation is completely complimentary. If you decide you need additional planning time afterward, we’ll explain any paid options clearly before you book them.
