Additional services, upgrades, special requests, itinerary changes, or third-party costs may be billed separately.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific tour, supplier rules, travel date, booking type, and payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • Certain bookings may become non-refundable after confirmation
  • Third-party costs, supplier fees, tickets, permits, reservations, and processing fees may be non-refundable

6. Tour Changes and Itinerary Adjustments

Failure to comply with safety instructions, local laws, or reasonable conduct standards may result in removal from a tour without refund.

8. Travel Documents, Insurance, and Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required passports, visas, travel authorizations, insurance, medical coverage, and other travel documents.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost belongings, and other travel-related risks.

Immersive Italy Tours, LLC is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, medical expenses, lost documents, or losses resulting from your failure to obtain proper documentation or insurance.

9. Third-Party Providers

Some services may be provided by independent third-party providers, including guides, drivers, hotels, restaurants, museums, ticketing platforms, transportation companies, local operators, or other vendors.

We may coordinate with these providers on your behalf, but we do not control their operations, availability, policies, delays, errors, cancellations, or service quality.
