I’ve been to Italy three times now, and I can say without question that this was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. The team's ideas, organization, attention to detail, and communication are on another level. We didn’t just visit Italy, we shared unforgettable experiences. Being able to do that with my family is something I will cherish forever. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Immersive Italy exceeded all my expectations. Throughout our 10 day trip to Italy (Sorrento, Tuscany, Rome) there was not a single glitch. Their attention to detail was impeccable. All out hotels and tours perfectly suited our family of nine (ages 14 to 74). Each night we received the next day’s itinerary along with our driver’s phone numbers, times of tours and tour guides number. The food recommendations were also perfect. The planned activities went well beyond our hopes. This trip was the trip of a lifetime. I would not hesitate to recommend Immersive Italy.

Tiffany and her team helped our family plan and book the most amazing trip to Italy. We wanted a mix of sight seeing, excursions, and experiences and they delivered! And when hiccups arose as they do when traveling for 19 days with a large group, Tiffany and team helped us on the spot. Many wonderful memories were made and I highly recommend!!

Mark and Tiffany planned a two-week trip to Italy in the summer of 2025 for me and my two teenage daughters. They really got to know us and our travel style, budget and goals, and personally tailored our destinations, hotels and activities rather than a cookie-cutter itinerary. Very enjoyable experience. Mark, Tiffany and Chiara were easy going, professional, amiable and well organized. Outstanding communication from the whole team. Top notch dinner recommendations were appreciated. Even though our Airbnb room accesses were taxing, they were interesting and intriguing historical buildings. The private drivers selected were exceptional as were the well thought out daily excursions. Well done.

From landing in Rome to taking our private water taxi to the airport in Venice and every driver and train in between, Immersive had it all planned and walked us along the way, almost as if they were there with us. Mark and Tiffany were great through the entire process. Planning was very collaborative. We had a mix of experiences we wanted to cover. Our son needed fun and action packed activities as well as the traditional sites. They were always there for us if we had a question while we were on vacation. We had the most incredible family trip planned by Tiffany and her team at Immersive Italy. Every detail was planned and executed. They anticipated our needs and were flexible when we needed it. Every recommendation, accommodation, tour, transportation and reservation all worked out seamlessly. 8 days seeing 7 different cities as a family of 5 with adult children and a young teen with all the nuances and it all went off without a hitch. I didn’t even think that was possible. One of the best parts is Tiffany understands first hand what we are used to in the US, having been born and lived here for 25+ years but has had a decade in Italy to ensure you have all the insider knowledge coupled with the American perspective.
